He will ruin the country.IlivedYou don't think he would get ignored by Congress before "destroying" the country?
I mean, I guess they kept listening to Bush.

Who's better?Somebody who can actually outline specific policies and explain how they want to better the country, as opposed to making Hitler-esque speeches with no substance and relying on a bunch of "motivating" rhetoric...that's who.

I didn't know that Hitler spoke like this.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AmUUYo9o9eg
In every speech he has outlined his plans for this country and they are some very good ones. This is a man that only comes around every once a while, someone to find bring this country out of the garbage can that Bush put us in. I can't wait for Obama to be president, what a day that will be, it will be a new beginning for this country.
OBAMA 08!!!!!!!!!!

I really hate when people say that kinda crap. What do you mean not ready. I'll kick anybodys ass.

That's irrelevant. It's not Barack Obama, and that's why he's taking heat...lack of substance.
Look, if you're a die-hard Obama supporter who wants the most liberal member of the Senate in office, just say so. You don't have to play this game of trying act objective, because you're obviously not.

What purpose did that last sentence serve? Maybe that's why people say we're not ready for a black president...because people like you, who clearly want a black president, walk around saying they will "kick anybodys ass." Grow up.

Way to attempt to pigeon-hole me so that you can stop thinking and continue just following whatever insecurities that have led you to believe what you do with nothing to back it up.
It is NOT IRRELEVANT which candidate does what you want, because if none of them do, you should not be FOCUSING on Obama.
The only thing I've decided is that I'm not voting for Hillary, because she doesn't like muh video games. And she's scary.
I don't really follow politics much, but your way of thinking seems VERY hypocritical to me.

True, but then again every Politician lies no matter what.Rather have someone that has "lied" once (I don't even know if he has lied to the people, no he hasn't) then someone who does it again and again right to your face (H. Clinton, Bush).

Because of people like me? I didnt say I wanted anything, black, white, brown, yellow president, I dont give a ****. I dont vote and I couldnt care less who becomes president. And even if I did support Obama, how the hell would what I say affect what he does in the office? Maybe you should shut up.

Not at all. Actually, I like Obama and would be perfectly content with him as President. I also can't help but snicker when other supporters of his convince themselves that this guy is the "cure" to all that ails America. I don't know if its realism or skepticism (maybe a bit of both), but I highly doubt the country will change much should Obama win the White House.

That wasn't my question. My question was to the other poster as to why he demanded different things from Obama than other candidates. He'll screw up, then we'll elect a Republican, then he'll screw up and a Democrat again and so on and so forth.
I hate politicians. On the subject of "bringing Americans together" though, the ONLY guy running for President that actually has brought both sides together instead of just talking about it is John McCain. Just thought I'd throw that in there. He's a Neo-Con and Extreme Leftwingers worst nightmare, which to me, makes him perfect.

why would extreme leftwingers hate him?

Well, I can't speak for other posters, but I suspect Obama receives harsher criticism to counter the incredible praise he receives - praise that is uniquely characteristic of his supporters. I don't know if it's due to a lack of media coverage or whatever, but I don't see very many McCain or Clinton voters proclaiming their candidate to be America's savior.
I haven't seen such starry-eyed support for someone since... well, since Ron Paul. Obama is the new Ron Paul. He can do no wrong and is the only (only!) chance our country has to save itself from Bush.

Ah. I suppose people always have to focus more on the popular things.I haven't actually watched enough debates or news to see Obama fawned over. I was under the impression he was having troubles with Clinton alone, much less McCain. :P
bad, he doesnt have experience. He is just a guy that keeps people pumped by constantly saying we need change over and over again and doesnt explain himself.SouL-Tak3R
No, you are wrong. He has explained plenty.
