It's already legal. Just lure them into your house, and claim rape, and immediately dial 911 so they know you're not a serious killer(serious killers don't call 911/reverse psychology).
Speaking as a person who lives in a city bordering Detroit, I would swear some people already think this is a real thing.

Yeah...considering how easy it is to kill a dude and then get away with it, I'm pretty sure that most of the people who are willing to kill a dude are already killing dudes.

OK, now that is somewhat creepy. not when you grow up with so much hatred within you In which case you might want to get some psychological help.
Las Vegas would be a hell-hole. My parents don't own any guns, so the only weapons I would have to protect myself are kitchen knives. I would barricade the windows and glass doors and even then I'd probably never go to bed in case someone tries to attack our house.
