Can you use Paint, to make a banner? is it even good enough?

What program, or thing do you use to make banners?

You could use Paint, but Paint sucks at everything and it would look horibble. I use GIMP.

Yes you can.It's very limited but if you put some imagination into it you can do great things.Kind of what Dark__Link did with his sig.
