ok, so i know basically nothing about politics, but i was wondering what democrats, and liberals, and those are, i know they're political parties, and they're terms to generalize their views, but what exactly do they mean?
Democrat: 1 a: an adherent of democracyb: one who practices social equality 2capitalized: a member of the Democratic party of the United States
Republican: 1: one that favors or supports a republican form of government 2capitalizeda: a member of a political party advocating republicanismb: a member of the Democratic-Republican party or of the Republican party of the United States
