Cute sucks, especially if they're as old as you. When someone older calls you cute then yea its fine, but when someone your age or worse younger then you calls you cute just ignore it.
It usually means youre "not hot, but not ugly" or you have a really nice personality, and the things you say to them are "cute". Thats from my experience anyway lol.

Haha well, you're never really going to "get any" if you "abort mission" after being called cute. Last time i was called cute at a friend of mines 18th, the girl and i hooked up for most of the night and now we're really good friends.

i once saw this one massively hot girl say this nerdy 5'1 skinny as heck bug eyed looking kid was cute. But she obviously meant it in a weird way, not in a way that she would ever date him. I think she thought he was cute in a way that a mother thinks someone elses child is cute for being shy or awkward.
either way, if a girl calls you it ask for her number. the worst she can do is say no. its not like shes gonna kill you.
to the ppl who say that since she called me cute i have no chance since she reffering me to a teddy bear i believe you are wrong. some girls like to call guys hot but get embaressed as they might react differently but cute is word that girls use alot to mean anything and can hide their true feelings towards boys but still mean a universal concept-you kind of attractive. thats why sometimes when a girl calls someone cute it can also mean hot. it doesnt mean it all the time but sometimes it does. can i get a girl to justify this?

Well, when I call a guy cute I usually mean that I really do think he's cute but I wouldn't date him. Pretty much just what everyone is saying, you're not hot but you're not ugly.
Some girls are just trying to be nice and compliment you even though they don't really think you're that great. However, some girls really do think you're attractive.
As for me, if I tell a guy that I think he's cute, I mean it. I mean that I think he's attractive. I personally have very odd taste that's very different from most other women, so I prefer nerdy, little, cute boys as opposed to hot, tough men...so if I'm telling you you're cute, that means I'm into you for whatever reason...but that's just me.

It generally means that she plans on murdering you. Not now, but in a few years after she tells you you're cute. I reccomend moving far, far away. It's not too expensive to legally change your name.
I think when a girl calls you cute she means that you looks a little attractive but she wouldn't want to date you. I been called cute by some girls too but I'm pretty sure they're going dating me. I think it is just means they respect you.
