My friends are always saying things like " Oh! she's hot " or " that girl is so hot! " everytime a girl passes by. What confuses me is that those girls appear average at best to me. So what exactly is a hot girl?

Can a cute girl be hot even if she has an A cup and a pancake butt? Can a disfigured girl be hot if she has a huge butt and a D cup?
