Is she one of those crazy christians? Did you like like this childhood friend? If not, Im not seeing a problem. He's a cool guy to hang out with but I don't think he's the right person to be with her. He's had abusive relationships and he abused a lot of drugs. I feel like his charming skills and manipulative skills got to her. It always starts this way with him and then it goes downhill. Bad habits never end. She's not crazy, but she's just trying to put patterns together where is none. Her answer to everything is now Jesus and God, and now she's imposing it on me. I don't like any of it. Another thing: This isn't a recently learnt thing but it's worth mentioning. Success is a lot more dependent on who you know than what you know. Couple that with the fact the people you interact with as you grow up are probably nobodies it leads to a situation where the somebodies are random ass people. It pays to not be a self-centered dick hole and instead put yourself out there sometimes because you never know who you may impress. Conversely you never know who you might piss off by being an ass.
That I can't be a gamer in high school that have to pay band dues while also trying to learn 3 different instruments and try to keep up a youtube channel. Even though I don't get many views. The harsh reality is I will have to give up either being in band or being less of a gamer. This also applies if I had a job, however, that is even harder to do while im in school and have band practice EVERYDAY!

I have to disagree with your philosophy here.
I can easily envision a world in my mind where there is only good and no bad. Bad things happening serve no useful purpose at all. However I guess that such a heavenly place is only possible in a virtual reality and not outside it.
But no matter how evil and completely corrupt this world really is, the acceptence of how things really are is the path to true spirituality.
Actually lots of university programs for dentists offer free dental work, check any local universities they always need a real mouth to train on. You could always marry a Canadian for citizenship, in return you could provide them US citizenship, there's always a market for that. If you're low income many cities have health clinics for poor people that if they're not free are still very affordable.
