What has gamespot done for you?

For me it hasn't done much besides tell me when games are coming out.

Killed countless hours.

Not much, made a few friends i suppose...got some feedback on my writing..that's about it..

I've made some friends here and it has kept me from going insane at work. I've added quite a few more PSN friends too.

I think a more appropriate question would be what hasn't it done for me?

I laugh all the time when i read the OT topics...favorite one so far is. Biggest akward moment ever.I was peeing my pants in laughter.

well i learn about athiest, religion, metal, anime, 2012, decent girl advice, magnets, funny pictures, posting desktops, posting pictures of yourself and a whole bunch of crap.

It's given me some semblance of a social life. I'm also grateful for all the laughs. 50% of which come from xaos. :)

Well, initially it gave me a place to troll and flame a lot of "help me with girls" posts...but now I take it a bit more seriously and try to be more friendly so it has given me a chance to make some new "friends"...

lol yeah my testies felt the sting of that one.

For me it has taught me to write in clear sentences or else people wont take you serious even if it's just online and I thank the GS forums for that. Before I sued to write like "Dis"

Oh and I should be honest of course that it gave me the opportunity to keep on using English. Otherwise I would have forgotten the language.

I've made a few Internet friends and it has relieved boredom. It's also something to do other than playing video games all day.

Looks like a lot of you have made friends and learned stuff.
