I'd have a lot more time to actually get stuff done, for a start.
Actually, I wish the internet would go back the time of the late 90s, early, early 2000s period. And we all had dial-up again. Back then, every site visited and file downloaded felt special. They meant something, considering how long we'd wait for them to load.
What if the earth suddenly spontaneously combusted? There are tons of what if questions and most of them are a waste of time. If it happened we'd deal with it.
My gaming PC just broke down, arrgg. Happy Thanksgiving, hunh? The only backup I have is an old AthloXP 1900+ and a GeForce FX5600, not so nice. AT LEAST I still can surf the web, but it's so much slower than before.
My anxiety is up just over that, and the fact I can't order new parts till next week because I'm still waiting on my new debit card to arrive. I would HATE to think how crazy I'd be if this old rig blew up in the meantime, not having internet until I rebuild. Much less if the internet was gone FOREVER.
Do you know how many people would be out of the job if the internet gone forever, people live off the internet, certain lives would be saved, but for the people who actually make money off of it like gamespot,ign etc, would be ruined.
