If it's just for a day, annoying but not too bad, most people would just watch TV and everyone would be pretty annoyed. If it's permanent. Annoying as hell.

Many people would act how they acted on the Southpark episode last night. I honestly would not mind it becuase I go many days without using the internet. I have to check up on my business from time to time many times daily but I can easily go a day without it or with just checking my stuff.

Well, it would stop us from the internet addiction. And I assume, from the people's utter stupidity, that all the n00bs would go jump off a window that day.
wed have lots of pissed people, and lots of people having the day off.... i would just play Assassins creed or Guitar hero, chill with friends, watch a movie, and whatnot..
