Some people can't feel pain, but since they are born with this they can sctratch out their eye without feeling it. We benefit from pain.

Pain sucks, but it is important. Without it, you could severly hurt yourself without ever getting the problem fixed because you don't know the problem. Pain helps you stop things before you get worse. There was a little girl who gauged her eyes out and burned her hands because she couldn't feel pain.

Some people can't feel pain, but what i don't get is 'everything' is pain, just on a lesser level if you get what i mean :? if someone pokes me in the shoulder i can feel it and then they punch me and i don't feel it... :?

I'd hit my head on the wall as hard as I could. It would also be funny to pretend that you can feel pain. So you could stick your foot on the road for a car to run it over, and you pretend that you're in pain. Easiest buck of your life :P
