Seattle (it's my hometown so i get to suggest it again). Then again there's more annual rainfall in every city east of the mississippi than in Seattle, but it rains much more often in Seattle.

Meh tired of the heat and sun.
I really like the atmosphere of rainy cities. I used to live in Vancouver -- just a bit further north. It's a different experience, even if you don't end up enjoying it.
