Average weight is about 150.

But because your 15, its like 160-165

There's no "average" weight. The "healthy" weight for someone is directly porportional to their height, and since every 15 year old is a different height, everyone 15 year old has a different "healthy" weight zone.

If you want to know, you should calculate your BMI. According to this calculator, you are in the normal range, but going on underweight. An average would be 140-160, with underweight below 125 or so.

I weight a few pounds short of 250 :P

But i'm trying to lose a good deal of it by eating less and excersizing more,too bad my arms hurt bad :(

The healthy weight range for a 5' 9" 15 year old male is 112-159 pounds, so at 130 you're just fine.

You're fine. In fact, new scientific advances show the sum of all the digits in your weight are what you should look out for. 250 is much healthier than 148.
