What is the best anti-theft device for a car???

What do you think is the best anti-theft device or system to keep your car safe from lo jack. I'm not sure but i was reading about this http://www.powerlock.com/pricing_info.php
Steering wheel cars can be easily bypassed. hacksawing the steering wheel will take under 10 minutes.
Alarms don't work, all they do is scare the thief, the thief can over ride the alarm or cut the wires.
Fuel injector locks don't work because it can be bridged within 1 minute.

What do you use and what do you think is the best? cause in NYC auto theft is a really big problem.
