Nope, it's the toddlers parents fault for letting the kid run off into the street.

It's a mix of everything really.. The car not watching for thek id when backing up, him throwing the ball onto the road... The parents maybe turned their backs for a second.... etc Still, there is a part to blame him.

Humanity is sick.Also when I was a kid I would cut off the tails of lizards and watch them move.It was quite fascinating when I was 6.

Yes...I witnessed it...or at least the end of it. I saw them bashing in the skull and I examined the "crime scene" a la CSI, after beating their asses and getting a stranger to look after them so we could take them to the local PD. Its eyes were a mess and its sockets were empty. Hind legs were completely messed up and bruised ontop of there being blood everywhere.
