What is the cheapest internet service i can get

I have a laptop and a 360 with a network adaptor. What is the cheapest possible way to get internet for both? i have a ethernet cord.

Free wifi off your neighbors if they don't know to lock it.

If you do take your neighbor's internet, just do not download anything illegal, or stuff like that.

Then they could be notified someone was downloading something, and then if they find out it was you, there goes your internet.

well its not illegal to steal internet unless they have password protected it and you cracked it... so if there is no password, it is just free internet for the world to have... CyleM

23k dial-up, people still use it.
