Shaolin Monk...seriously.
"Place newspaper up against wall. Punch wall 2 hrs straight full strength. Replace paper when necessary."
Hardest training in the world: The Spetsnaz (Russian Special Forces).
Hardest training on a high school sports level: Probably cross country.
If you're talking about sports, it's definitely cross country or distance running in general.i started football last week and the training is intense and it got me wondering what is the hardest training in the world? a nfl football player, a marine, special forces, anyone know?

I was going to say Navy Seals or something, but this is a better answer. Training with Shaolin Monks start when theyre kids, and they technicallydont stop training theyre entire life...
Definitely Special Forces.
Imagine enduring sniper training: hiding under a pile of leaves, only the most surreptitious movements are allowed, must ignore any weather conditions.
i forgot what its called but its some sort of karate..if you watched the protector or ong bak 1 or 2 youll know what im talking about
tony jaa is the mannnnnnnnn

you mean muay thai. Martial Arts is only difficult if you study in a controlled envoriment, if you're an uchi deshi (live in student) I'm going with Navy SEALS training, I guess because i'm British i'm supposed to say the SAS is the best, but the SEALs are hard b**tards

military training is always the hardest "we make training hell so war isn't", but as milson said space training would be hard but i would have to say sas training
[QUOTE="FPSunionOWNS"]If you're talking about sports, it's definitely cross country or distance running in general. Boxers have to be able to run as well, and boxing was ranked as the number one most demanding sport in the world so i would say thati started football last week and the training is intense and it got me wondering what is the hardest training in the world? a nfl football player, a marine, special forces, anyone know?

Whatever ultramarathon runners do to train. Badwater ultramarathon for instance...running 135 miles from Death Valley to Mt. Whitney is more intense than anything else I've ever heard of.
Marching My feet become icthy from my black socks and standing up for ages is murder when your feet are itchy and you cant Scathed them.
Football camp was always easy for me. Lots of people always complained about it. But I always enjoyed it because I knew how necessary it was.
Anyways.. there is really no way to tell.. NFL players.. don't really have it that bad at all for training camp. It's definately some sort of military faction.. though which it is.. there is no way to tell unless you've participated in all of them.
High school, from my friends I can without question say that the Football team does nothing compared to a Water Polo team. I don't know about other sports, because I hate sports. I don't know about military training either.i started football last week and the training is intense and it got me wondering what is the hardest training in the world? a nfl football player, a marine, special forces, anyone know?

Navy SEALS. I watched an episode on the training regiment they go through. It's freakin ridiculous.mohfrontlineI do not know who has the most intense training, but I happen to own an electronic copy of a Navy Seal Fitness Guide, and just the basic stuff is ridiculously intense for a single person to know. I would hate to see the "hard" stuff. Although, I think any special forces has it pretty rough. Also, in highschool I would say wrestling. When I did it our schedule involved: 2 mile run, 2.5 hr practice, Wind sprints, cool down.....then we had conditioning training. A 40+ person indian run is not fun.
Depends on your characteristics... natural strength, will, flexibility, etc. If I had to go with on though, I'd have to say Ninjitsu.. (The REAL kind, not the **** they claim at these American schools trying to make money)
