Hi, I am 17 and i want to get an isp. I want to go with virgin media. I am wondering what the minimum age to be able to get it under my name? I want to get it asap but i'm not sure if you have to be 18? Can someone plz reply and let me know, Thanks in advance! Oh and i live in the uk.
You live in the UK? Sorry, I can't help you there....because I live on another continent. Age requirements in Europe are different than age requirements in North America.

Probably. I set one up for something else using a debit card... I don't think there'll be an age restriction on this. The only problem I can foresee is that you're, at least I'm guessing, not the home owner. I would just have a go at registering online and seeing how far you can get.
