I believe it is a transvaluation of values.
A previous thread showed that a lot of people seem to think that capitalism is bad but this is a response (and to see your thoughts) to show that it is the absolute best we can do right now within our evolutionary stage as a species. Heres why
Fredrich Nietzsche coined the term "transvaluation of values" but here I will not use it to describe religion. Here it is used to describe our nature and thought processes as a species.
2001: A Space Odyssey had the dramatic scene of a monkey learning that using a tool (a bone) for violence would gain him food. If you recall the boars just hanging around the monkeys. A source of protein the monkeys were neglecting until one of them learned that he could use a bone in order to smash it and kill it. This is the kind of evolutionary leap needed for humans to move from capitalism to communism. A society where one's ego does not interfere with what benefits himself and what benefits everyone else.
As a sentient speces we must relinquish our ego in order to make the next evolutionary leap. One that is truely one for all.
Capitalism and our current structure of society is the best we can do as a species right now until we relinquish the ego and evolve. That is what I believe the next step in evolution is. What do you think. what is our next step in the evolutionary process?
