What is the WORSTE influence on you when you procrastinate?

Mine, which I'm sure is a LOT of peoples, is:

-Facebook

-Netflix instant watching

-Music, sometimes I'll hear one of my favorite bands and stop what I'm doing.

-Videogames, though as I'm older it's not too bad of a bad influence with procrastination.

Gamespot, Netflix, and food.

The internet in general. I can stay focused while listening to music, and know better than to start gaming while I still have work to do. I don't have a TV, so that doesn't apply.

But the internet is a huge distraction as long as it is available. Between the forums here, checking the webcomics I read, using youtube to find new music/ watch Let's Plays, and generally looking up things that pop into my head, I find it difficult to work while I've got an internet connection. This problem disappears when I'm working for someone else or working in public, but it is a problem while working at home.

Just surfing the web in general, going to FB, Gamespot, IGN, IMDB.

The internet.

And porn.

Gamespot, video games. Mostly Gamespot.

Improper spelling of the main words in my statements. It's the 'worst' thing. Stops me dead in my tracks.

um probably facebook. Everyone seems so much more interesting when there's work to be done. When there isn't, people are dull.

That's the biggest, but I guess contributing factors would be OT and talking to people I wouldn't normally chat with online. I don't do anything like read, watch movies, play video games ect. because I rationalize that I don't have time for that :P

Cleaning. Seriously...whenever stuff needs to get done, you can bet my house will be extra cleanrawsavon

Videogames, phone, internet, tv.

Youtube, Facebook, Gamespot, Msn.

I would say video games but here lately I've barely played them.

Gamespot is the worste influence

I don't know how people see facebook as a distraction. Just a bunch of mindless people talking about their lives.

But mine are usually the internet (gamespot, tumblr, youtube) and video games.

The internet.

And porn.
