It's a gangster cartoon for deaf people. That was actually sign-language (to the extreme.)

I don't know how people can infer all of these things about the guy's ego and whatnot from some people (including the creator of Beavis and Butthead and King of the Hill, apparently) making some stylized cartoon about him. Is it the mustache? :P I just thought it was rather boring and unnecessary.

While I could see it getting old really fast, it's actually not that bad for a short act.

I'm actually entertained by him. Like it or not, it's a pretty neat talent.
