The kind of trickle-y sounding one?
It sounds like a distorted xylophone or similar instrument. Or a synthesizer doing a distorted imitation of one.

I don't really know.

My sound isn't working, but based on what was posted, I'm going to guess it was a waterharp.

I do not know, it sounds like a stringed instrument, so a harp maybe?:?

It's a violin section playing random notes pizzicato

(assuming the sound effect at 0:06 is the bit you meant)

It's used a lot in horror films.

Yeah, keyboard setup to do a xylophone type sound with a bunch of reverb and/or delay on it. Actually sounds like several overlapping delays.

That'd be my guess.

Or else that pizzicato thing.
