What is up with childrens books these days?

Can someone fix the images? I'm used to using [img] tags but gamespot seems to not be happy with them anymore.

I volunteer at a local elementary school and they called me up today to help organize the donated books and re-organize the shelves in the library. The school has the basic library filing system but they also organize the fiction/story section by genre so all the volunteers have to scan through the books and use their judgement to decide where to put the book. So I'm lightly scanning through this kids book and I happen to find some um..."interesting" dialogue, and this is coming from a kids book.

Here is the cover of the book, as you can see, looks innocent enough.

Here I've opened up the book, and behold, we have quite a conversation going on.

I was pretty surprised/shocked to see this coming from a kids book, I laughed, but I was still pretty shocked. I'm now wondering weather I should remove the book from the school (cause there's plenty of other conversations like that) or if I should leave it since most people who read it won't have a clue.

There we go, finally got images working. So anyway, the book really isn't THAT bad...but still, the conversation specifically on the second page left me kind of confused.
