I love swimming too, although I'm more of a runner. I've got a really bad knee right now so I can't do either but my goal is to be a tri-athlete at some point.

I'm not intrested in Summer sports or summer in general though i guess i play a lot of CSS in the summer which is sometimes played as a sport

Sweet. I just recently got into that, and have been cycling to work in DC for the past couple of months. It certainly makes the day more interesting when you spend 90 minutes of it where the main objective is "don't die".

It's so true. People drive so recklessly I almost feel like I could get hit at least twice every time I go out for a ride. What kind of bike do you use to commute?

I think if I had a bicycle again I would totally do this. It seems to be difficult finding the perfect bicycle for the city if I want to only spend under 100 bux on one. grr.

I bought a Trek 1.2.

I got the exact same one just in blue last year. Bike world was having a sale and I got it for pretty cheap. How uncanny. I'm new to road bikes but I love it so far. I'm still used to riding my Mountain bike when I was back in Canada lol.

Heh, cool. I had a mountain bike that I tried my commute with first. It must weigh twice what the Trek does. I ride through a particularly hilly part of the city, so the lighter, skinnier road bike helped a lot.

Yeah that bike would definitely cut your commuting time in half from mountain to road bike.

I'm definitely best at soccer, but I'll usually play most any sport that doesn't involve bats, but I like to play pool sports because it gets very hot/humid outside in the summer.

Yep! Still way expensive for a light bicycle. i have to walk 3 flights of stairs where I live, which would stink every time I went biking around the steep hills in the city. :)
