people being near me. human touch. it is pretty bad. i cringe when people are too close. i have a very big personal space bubble. needles used to bother me, but they don't anymore since i give blood so often
Drowning, cramped conditions, being stabbed in the belly (i can't imagine how it feels when the knife goes in), being strangled or some sort of lack of oxygen, and microsoft.

That is pretty messed up, gonna have to make that my #1 fear. The scene from SAW (think it was 2), where the girl was thrown into the pit of syringes made me cringe pretty bad.

Probably waking up in a dark pool of really cold, dirty water, while the ceiling (which is made out of needles (which are on fire)) is slowly getting lower and lower.
