My breakfast is a can of soda. I don't eat in the mornings. What about you?

[QUOTE="wolverine4262"]My stomach isnt awake in the morning...KiIIyouThat's why you punch it. I do not wish to anger or.... upset (snicker) my stomach.
I generally do not eat breakfast on a weekday. But after a Triple Shot Coffee i'm usually good to go.
today it was an apple and some wheat thins. I don't really care for early breakfasts (late greasy ones are awesome though), but I tend to eat something smalll to jump start my metabolism.
A couple of eggs over easy, home fries, a slice of ham steak and a buttered english muffin with a glass of OJ.
If it's my weekend I'll have cereal. Otherwise I bring Pop-Tarts, an apple or banana, and maybe a cup of tea.
[QUOTE="Leejjohno"]an energy bar and 2 cans of red bull... makes you feel quite bad later on though, and you still end up sleeping when you get home from work.silentexistenceYou really have two Red Bulls for breakfast every day? That can't be good for you.
Not every day... Just one when I get up and one after I clock in at work. TBH I have to after getting 1 hours sleep and then working inconsistent hours.
You should always always always eat breakfast, that's how you get your energy to start the day. If you're too tired or lazy there's simple alternatives out there but you shouldn't miss breakfast.
I'm one of those lazy types who can't be bothered to make something elaborate but my breakfast is typically a bowl of cereal. If I'm really in a hurry then I have a banana and a granola bar.
That's quite the breakfast there. If I have time I make eggs over easy, toast, bacon, hashbrowns, and a big glass of milk to top it all off. A good breakfast meal is so tasty I'm getting hungry just thinking about it
