For our christmas dinner (though we'll probably have it at lunchtime) we are having a turkey. For sides we'll have the standard thanksgiving stuff; mash potatoes, stuffing, et cetera.

What is your family going to eat for christmas?

Depends on the day. My dad's side of the family, and much of my wife's family, are Ukrainian, and the Ukrainian tradition for the 24th is to serve a meatless meal (fish is allowed) that incorporates 12 traditional dishes, symbolizing the Apostles. So we'll be doing that tonight, and I think the main dish will be salmon, fresh from the BC coast. Tomorrow (the 25th) we'll be dining with my Mom's side of the family, which I expect will mean turkey, mashed potatoes, broccoli/cauliflower/brussels sprouts, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and some manner of dessert.

Well we can't be bothered to cook, so I'm just going to grab a plate of pasta or something , we'll probably have gammon or chicken tomorrow.

Coca-cola ham? That would be sweet (literally). I always wanted to try it after seeing it on Conan O'Brien a couple of years ago.

I'm surprised no one has said "hobos" or something equally tasteless (pun intended) by now. OT, you have matured.

The kind that make that sot of comment are already in bed in anticipation for Christmas.

We just ate... and now I can't get up. We ate ham with a dozen other bowls with stuff that I'm too lazy to count up. But right now I'm only stuffing my face with expensive chocolate ^_^
