Considering theres not a single zombie in it, a lot of people are saying 28 Days Later. If thats the case i'll say The Matrix and Predator... Seriously though, the original Dawn of the Dead.
The new Dawn of the Dead ( haven't seen the original :P ) and even though it's not zombies: 28 Days Later ( same thing as zombies, sorta )sinistergoggles

I can't really pick just one. I love zombie movies. My favorites are the original Night of the Living Dead, Dawn of the Dead (original and remake) and Shaun of the Dead.
never liked em, the last one i saw was 28 days later and that is currently the worst movie that I have ever seen, and i find it appalling that they are making a sequel, so, i dont really have a favorite zombie movie because they are always awful imo
