I won't include Pixar movies because that's just unfair to Disney's stuff. Going strictly Disney, I'd have to say The Lion King.

The Lion King is actually getting a 3D re-release into theaters. I couldn't care less about the 3D. I just want to see one of my most nostalgic films on the big screen.

I don't even know how they'd turn it into 3D. Would it be a bunch of animation cells floating around over backgrounds?

I don't understand it either.

I mean, it's a flat 90's animated film. What advantage will the 3D give it? Is Pumba going to charge at the screen? Hopefully a 2D version will be available.

They're also supposedly re-releasing Beauty and the Beast.

Maybe they did some magic a few years ago - I remember when they rereleased it on IMAX. Dunno. It still looks fantastic when I watch it on DVD.

What? Put her in a sardine tin? Maybe in a fishbowl? Try to fuse her with a centaur?
