Crest's Smooth Mint Gel. shame they cancelled it a few years ago.
I think the comment here sums up my feelings on it (minus the "husband" part) :
I'm sure it's been a while since this post. I'm posting anyhow because I, too, am a Crest Smooth Mint Gel Tartar Protection lover. I now consider myself a toothpaste connoisseur. I have tried so many and there is only one for me. Crest Smooth Mint Gel. But, it is no more. I have written Crest twice. No, I'm not kidding. I never write or call companies, but I am that passionate about this toothpaste. It's great.
I have a secret confession. I have 1/3 of a tube left. I rarely use it though. It's like a brushing treat. I keep it here at my office and covet it away from all others. There's no way my husband is getting one milligram of my beloved Smooth Mint Gel. It's all I have left.
I brushed the other day with it for practically five minutes and I felt like I had been to the dentist.
CREST...Why have you for forsaken us?
Marketing...shmarketing.
I can't use whitening or scope-enhanced...they literally cause the inside of my mouth to become irritated. Original Crest paste is okay, but not quite flavorful enough. Plus, no tartar protection.
Maybe one day Crest will listen. Or maybe we can make them with a petition.
Back in 11th or 12th grade, every time I'd brush my teeth for about a month I'd throw up for whatever reason. I switched to a new toothpaste and then wouldn't throw up. Because of that I've been OCD about using any other type of toothpaste because in my mind I cannot help but associate any other type of toothpaste with puking. I've been using Crest: Whitening Expressions - Cinnamon Rush for the past 4 years now...mindstormI guess you'll love the day they discontinue that brand, eh?

But honestly that did make me feel a bit nauseous....
Edit: does toothpaste expire? If not then I'd be honored for one of you to buy me a lifetime supply before it is discontinued... :P
