Ok, this is my personal order and its very close for first...
Rocky 4
Rocky 3
Rocky 2
Rocky 1
Rocky 5
I disliked the first one and the last, dont give me that 'original is best your not a fan' crap, I just reckon the others were better.djzootie
No problem, I dislike the first also but still respect it.
Whichever one is the one where he fights the Russian on Steroids Ivan Drago (I think it's the correct spelling and name) I think it was Rocky III, but it's been a whiledouble_decker
It's Rocky 4, Rocky 3 is the one where he fights Clubber.

Thank you:oops:Rocky 2, Eye of the Tigerpanda_powerActually it was Rocky III that introduced Eye of the Tiger, originally he wanted Queens "Another One Bites the Dust" but couldn't get it. As for my favourite i'd have to go with IV.
How about none. The can't act. He talks like a 3rd grader. The story is way too predicable. He should have stopped at the first one.nohabs
First point: while his acting his not necessarily "Oscar" winning, I would say that the notion that he cannot act is being harsh. In both the original and Rocky Balboa, in my humble opinion, he does solid job. Beyond that - who cares how the character talks? As long as he is enjoyable, why should it matter? Regardless of that - I thought the whole of point of Rocky is that he was "average Joe," simpleton, in sorts, hints the over-simplistic speech.
Second point: predicable? If you are talking about the sequels, I would have to agree, however, in regards to the first film, I am not sure what your reaction was, however, believe it or not, most people were shocked when Rocky, the hero of the story, lost.
Third point: I cannot really debate that point and if anything, I agree, however, as far as I am concerned, Rocky Balboa did really good job of being redemption, in sorts, for the franchise.

Rocky Balboa was horrible, I don't even count it as a Rocky movie. The story is ok, but there is too much talking and establishing of scene. For someone who has seen the other five, you sit there thinking "get on with it! I know this part before i've seen it!"
