I haven't had comedy central and fox news in months. Makes me want to upgrade the cable service because workaholics and kroll show are on.
What is your favorite TV Channel?

I dumped cable over a year ago and only use over-the-air broadcast and streaming services (Netflix and Amazon Prime). I really only have 3 nights of "appointment" viewing, and I only watch a handful of shows. Sunday night, I may watch the Fox cartoon lineup. I miss more often than I watch though. On Wednesdays I watch The Middle and Modern Family pretty religiously. I never miss Community and Parks and Recreation on Thursdays. There's a hole in my heart where 30 Rock and The Office used to reside.
I used to love ESPN back in the day, but Disney/ABC ruined that network in my opinion. I remember in college watching the same episode of SportsCenter all morning long (back in the Dan Patrick, Rich Eisen, Kenny Mayne, Keith Olbermann, Craig Kilborn days). I can't remember the last time I watched an entire SportsCenter. It used to be funny.
Probably TSN and its affiliates. I love me some hockey. I also watch the comedy network a lot, mostly as a time suck.
FX- SOA, The Shield, American Horror Story, It's Always Sunny in Phile, Justified, Archer, MMA, The Bridge, Louie, The Americans, How I met your mother, 2 and a half men, Legit, and movies.
Honorable mentions- ESPN, Food, History, Comedy Central
It used to be the Military Channel. But now, it's going to be known as the AHC (American Heroes Channel). Now, as a veteran myself, I support the troops. But, messing with my favorite channel? WTF? It's a bit too much.
Used to be The Learning Channel, The Discovery Channel, and The History Channel. Back in the mid-90's, all those channels were awesome. Now, they suck. Which is why I cancelled cable years ago. Haven't looked back. I get 19 channels over the antenna, and considering I can go weeks without turning my TV on, that's plenty enough.
But of the channels I get, PBS World is my favorite, followed by the main PBS channel. Wednesdays are the nights I'm mostly likely to watch, as Nova and Nature are both on PBS main back-to-back.
I rarely watch television but when I do it's to watch The Walking Dead on AMC, How I Met Your Mother on CBS or Game of Thrones on HBO. Except for special events like the Superbowl or Olympics I don't watch any other channels.
Mainly TCM as it consistently plays rare and out of print films; not counting evil February of course when the whole '31 Days of Oscar' debacle kinda destroys their main appeal.
Used to be the History Channel... but we all know how that went... its not that bad anymore tho...
Then it was the Travel Channel, but then it was taken off my cable package......... (**** you comcast and your high ass prices)
I dont really watch much tv tho anymore.

Oh stop it, 31 Days of Oscar is da shit. You still have 11 months to stay up at night with Mr. Osborne.

No it's just shit. They already have enough hours dedicated to mainstream classics, no need to block out all the cool, odd, rare, and downright esoteric stuff for a month for the sake of celebrating oft pointless awards. Getting excited about TCM's '31 Days of Oscar' is like getting excited your favorite very alternative radio station will now only play old top 40 shit for a month. Sure there's some good stuff in there, but....
