I kick about 20 or so asses, slaughter herds of goat, and after I'm done stretching, commit xenocide and blow up planets and moons.

I go to the gym every second day... or at least I would if I had a freakin' MP3 player.  My old one broke and I can't stand going to the gym without it.

If you want to gain mass, your going to want to do lower reps with heavier weights. and eat alot of meals

Chances are you aren't going to gain mass from doing that. All you're doing is building endurance.

Double Click, and lift chips.

Working out at night will cause you to have a lack of sleep due to the fact it raises your heartrate. I keep my workouts in the morning.

After work I go home and crack a beer open. Sometimes I actually walk allot between the computer and the kitchen. Bringing the trash out is about the heaviest I lift. Yah, I'm in real good shape.

200 sit ups, 100 curls (both arms at the same time with independent weights), and maybe 100 push-ups... The only problem with me is that I'm not consistent. I do it once, then a couple of days pass before I do it again. Tonight however, I'm vowing to do it every night (except weekends... Unless I have time) until the summer...

So you can get into that summer shape huh? That is possibly the most useless routine ever. It's going to dick all for you.

Every night I train in 30 times gravity wearing 200 extra pounds of clothes, carrying 100 pound barbells, practicing my fighting skills for when the earth is invaded by the forces of evil, that and 20 pushups.

Still useless. Building endurance only builds endurance. It does nothing for muscle growth. 100 curls will hinder growth in your biceps. If you're working an AM and a PM.. and you're attemping to enlarge your "muscles" you need propery recovery. Sorry 100 curls isn't going to let anything recover.

Sorry. Let me rephrase that. :P I don't work out in the morning and at night on the same day. On weekdays, I weight train at the gym as soon as I get back from school which is usually around 4 p.m. and I do that ^^^ (I don't use that much weight; I save the heavy workout routines for the gym) at home on weekends and sometimes on weekday's whenever I feel that I didn't do enough at the gym.

working out at night is bad for you. It will slow your muscle growth because your blood pressure will be higher (not sure if thats the right phrase, anyways your blood will be pumping faster) and it will take you a much longer time to fall asleep. This, in turn, will make you tired in the morning, and you won't have enough energy to rebuild muscle and continue working out. I recommend that you workout in either the morning or afternoon. Also, do more weights and wayyyyy lower amount of reps (like 8-10). I would try bench pressing, squats, dead lifts, as well as all the other muscle building workouts. Make sure that you stretch before and after you workout and to always warmup and warm-down. Consume a lot of protein. Those are just some basic tips that everybody should know if they are working out to gain muscle mass.

Yesterday at 2:00 AM, I ran 2 miles, did around 50 pullups, 200 pushups, 100 situps, all with an extra 15 pounds of weight(Clothes and ankle weights) and 30 minutes of meditation.
