What is Your Opinion about smoking Cigarette's?

I think people need to stop smoking.If you would just look at other people who have died smoking,you might see all the horrible deaths they have had.

Well, I hate to be one of the ones justifying it but its been around for centuries and it also involves addiction on different levels, so yah, its not an easy thing to describe if you havent been there.  It seems like society went from smoking (even in hospitals) in the 50's to being a sin in the modern day.

Though I smoke I would not recommend starting it to anyone. Its a love hate relationship and a curse.

I don't have any strong opinions on smoking. If people want to smoke, fine. If they don't smoke, fine. I don't care either way. It's a personal choice after all.

They're addictive so I don't smoke them regularly.

When I'm drunk/stoned and around friends that smoke I'll smoke a few hits for the buzz.

I don't really care if other people do as long as I don't have to choke on the smoke. 

I don't, (Though I do enjoy a good cigar or a pipe every now and then) but if someone wants to smoke then they should. People die from heart disease all the time but you don't see anyone rushing to outlaw cheeseburgers. We all enjoy something that will cause us to die at least a little sooner than we would otherwise, so it's really no one's place to limit someone else's ability to enjoy something jsimilar.

my next door neighbour smokes hes a nice bloke but i hate when the smoke comes over to my house .

i personally hate smoking its made to be a fashion accessorie so people buy to look cool and somepeople smoke when there stressed just beat the daylights out of someone instead of smoking .

I am sorry, but you would have to be a complete idiot to start smoking nowadays since we know all the crap it does to you.

I absolutely HATE smoke, and I feel we should be allowed to punch anyone in the face who smokes around people like me who hate smoke. Thanks to some ignorant smokers (mainly my parents) I have severe asthma that I have lost all hope in getting cured of. I am now suffering for a habit I never even chose to do and I really wish to make smokers pay back for it...

Smoking cigs is no good. Anything on a social level isn't really on that level; it's just bandwagon techniques. Oh, and we can't forget about the population control...the 1st and 2nd hand smoke causes the same levels of cancer in the smoker and the passer-byer.

Dude you're so right! Lung cancer, bad breath, smelly clothes and a flushed look are totally awesome!
