[QUOTE="Barbariser"]In terms of physical attractiveness, it's almost impossible for me to be attracted to a girl if she doesn't have a relatively flat belly. I don't know why, they could have a nice face, nice legs and nice tracts of land but if their midriffs are even remotely bulgy then the soldier does not stand at attention.chasingmaynard
I'm in my 30's so I may have missed some newer lingo, but what do you mean by "nice tracts of land"...?
Some gender-specific features on a female's upper body.

Cool. I was hoping you would respond, lol.
fat people are doing it wrong. They should wear more clothes, not less. As many clothes as they can get. Ski jackets, robes, you name it. Even in summer.Allicrombiegoing for Spontanious Combustion?....

Just don't expect me to like fat girls.
I find the lack of disrespect in this thread surprising. Usually these threads are full of people mocking or insulting them. I'm fat, I have a hard time losing weight (bad metabolism) and hate that "skinny" is considered "normal" and "healthy." I weigh 280 lbs currently, and can actually jog a fair distance without getting winded.foxhound_foxSorry but being skinny is always going to considered health not sure about normal. It takes work to maintain being skinny. Gluttony is a choice.
Sorry but being skinny is always going to considered health not sure about normal. It takes work to maintain being skinny. Gluttony is a choice. sorry but skinny is not health, fit is healthy. as for body types i like i would lump the ultra skinny in with the ultra fat in the DO NOT WANT group. female sprinters are the hotness[QUOTE="foxhound_fox"]I find the lack of disrespect in this thread surprising. [quote ="EasyStreet"]Sorry but being skinny is always going to considered health not sure about normal. It takes work to maintain being skinny. Gluttony is a choice.foxhound_foxThen why do people come in all shapes and sizes? I hate the word "gluttony." The more and more I try to lose weight, the more it illustrates to me that being overweight isn't a choice. As much as I've tried, I've barely been able to get near 240. Yet the BMI tells me I should be 170. "Skinny" isn't "healthy." Especially considering the BMI was created by a rake of a man in the 19th century... and somehow is still used as the standard of "health." I agree, BMI should either be scrapped and replaced by a more modern system. It doesn't take into account the overall body structure, just the raw stats (weight and height). That said, I am occasionally judgmental when I see overweight people but I understand how sometimes it is not something the person can control. However, while I love curvy girls, plump/fat/overweight are not really attractive to me.

Now as a statiscal tool it is very useful and there are reason docotr use it. As for losing wiegth is is tough as hell in this country. It takes lot of time and energy to be able to find the right foods to eat and slipping up is very easy to do. Remeber you did not gain that weight in one day and it will not come off in one day. If you can get down to say 260 consider it a victory, from there losing weight here and there will get you to you goal long term. I am trying to lose 25 pounds and so far I have manged to lose a whopping two pounds in a month, but I am not giving up hope. As for gluttony if you write down everything you eat and thier calorie contents you will be shell cheocked. I was when I started paying attention to what I was eating.
Obviously they are the cause of it, you don't get fat if you don't eat. TBH i don't care about them, i do what i do and they do what they do.markop2003You have to eat, it is what your eating that is most important. In this country eating good food is lot more expensive then eating unhealthy food.
Being slightly chubby or having some extra fat, no problem at all. Being so fat that you take extra seat on a buss, sweat a lot and watching how that fat person orders a huge meal with a huge soda. Yeah, no sympathy there. If you have to eat all the time, at least eat healthy home made food. Like chicken breasts, tuna sandwiches, etc.
fat people are doing it wrong. They should wear more clothes, not less. As many clothes as they can get. Ski jackets, robes, you name it. Even in summer.AllicrombieI heart you so much right now. But if we disagree on something, it's back to the no-hearts!
[QUOTE="Allicrombie"]As someone with chronic anorexia, being underweight is no fun ether. I have very low energy levels, and hardly any immune system at all. mitu123You're also short as hell. I'm 5'2, but I've seen shorter.

I have no problem with fat people but I just hate it when their groin area looks like its been inflated. lonewolf604i just sprayed coffee across my screen then thx to this comment  Alos on topic i'd like to add i hate it when fat people come up in a conversation and somehow say i hate it how i'm fat, cause like what are you supposed to say, if you say their not fat thats a plane lie but if you go "yeh sure you could lose a 20 pounds" they cry in the corner and hate you like wth?
Overweight people don't affect my day to day activities so I don't really have a problem with them as a whole.
It's the overweight people who choose to eat fast food for every meal and sit on their couch for 24 hours a day doing nothing and then complain about it afterwards that bother me.
I have no problem with anyone who is overweight. Why should it matter?
kev_stevens67
Same here. I just don't like the people who are always ****ing talking about it.
Like, if you're fat, then fine. I've got nothing against you, I just don't want to freaking hear you complaining about it all the time. Do you know what's a bigger turnoff than being fat? Being someone who's always complaining about ****. And I'm not talking about the occasional venting, I'm talking about the people ALWAYS complaining.
"Oh no, I'm too poor."
"Woe is me, I'm so sad because I'm fat."
Those people honestly just need to shut up. Because, we've ALL got problems. But most people are courteous enough to avoid whining about their problems all the freaking time, because they realize that that is annoying to everyone else. If Joe is constantly crying to me about his problems, then he's making his problem MY problem. It suddenly becomes my problem too because I have to listen to that ****. And you know what? That's messed up. I've already got enough problems of my own, and you don't hear me complaining about them all the time.
So yeah...fat people are okay. I just don't want to constantly hear them crying about how they can't lose weight, and I don't want to constantly hear them complaining about how other people are looking down on them because they're fat. I don't want to hear them whine about how people don't like them because they're fat. I like them DESPITE the fact that they're fat, and then they're about to ruin that by constantly complaining about **** every time I talk to them.
Also, people who are proud of being fat. I used to know this one dude who just LOVED how fat he was. I'd see him and say, "hello, how are you?" And he'd proudly proclaim, "I'm FAT!"
And I'm thinking, "I know you're fat, shut the **** up."
I dont mind them, I would never date a fat girl cause of sexual attraction issues. Now, for fat kids.....I hate their parents! Most of them become used to get what they want and become spoiled, easy crier brats

That is positive denial. I have seen lots of that under many different issues.
A little overweight is not so bad. Obesity is a disease and they are screwed without surgery
But if a fatty says I'm too skinny, or takes the last pastry at the bakery, my sympathies are gone I have to say

Whatever you call it, it's annoying as ****.
And if it's somehow a pre-emptive response to any any insults they think I might make, then that also becomes flat-out offensive. That's sort of like looking at me and automatically assuming that I'm an anti-fat bigot just because I'm not nearly as fat as him. That's like if a black man were to walk around and constantly accuse white people of being racist as a pre-emptive defense against the slight possibility that that white person might actually say something racist.
I'm not white, but I'm assuming that many white people sort of get offended when they're just minding their own businewss and then a black man comes out of nowhere and calls them a racist even though they didn't ****ing do anything.
Likewise, if I were to say "hello" to a morbidly obese person, and that person basically responded by calling me a ****ing fattie-hating bigot, I'd probably be pretty goddamn insulting.
It sure as hell wasn't ME who started talking about fatness or obesity. All I did was to ****ing say hi. If a simple greeting results in the person assuming that I'm gonna insult him for being a fatass, then **** that guy. That's his ****ing issue, not mine. And if he's gonna basically calling me a bigot just because I said hello, then **** him.
