Anyone like eating couch cushions?
Mine is: always wanting to stay home

I don't think wanting to stay home is an addiction... I'm addicted to shopping. I've found my niche in life. I can get everything I want/need and more for free or almost free, which has got me sucked into it and now I'm addicted. I spend half my day every day finding ways to do this.XilePrincess

No, most women go on obsessive shoe-shopping missions and come home with half a grand worth of charges on their credit card. I come home with Tide, Downy, toilet paper and a crap ton of toothpaste for less than the price of a mcdonalds meal.[QUOTE="vaultboy_ninja"]This. I'm not :) I get asked that constantly though. If you happen to watch TLC, there's a special called "extreme couponing" and that's basically what I do. I haven't paid more than $100 and I have 3 shelves (as in shelving units) stocked full of food, toiletries, and household need items. It really is addicting, because it costs you nothing, so you can't help but do it.

Isn't shopping more fun when you buy something exciting? And I like sale shopping but... for things that were expensive to begin with.Which song is your other sig from? This video.

I saw an episode of that and it was really amazing what those people get for nothing. The down side for me is that NO place I know of will double their coupons, plus I wouldn't use 90% of the products or food that the coupons apply to. There are no coupons for certain items. Ever. So the extreme couponing won't work for me.

I guess it depends what you find exciting. I got a Michael Kors sweater for less than a dollar once, that was pretty exciting. Almost bought a $600 pair of shoes for $2, but they were too big. I mostly find it exciting to get a lot of stuff for nothing, it doesn't have to be expensive, but when a $10 bottle of detergent becomes a $0 bottle of detergent, it gets me a wee bit excited.
I'm in canada, so our couponing situation is even sadder than the US's, we have far less coupons available to us. I've adapted to not using my regular brands for some things like cleaning/laundering supplies, and just taking what I can get for free. It's all brand-name and it's basically all the same crap anyway. That way, if I can't find a coupon or discount for an item, it's okay to just buy it at a good price and not get it for free, because it won't break the bank doing so. I'm not as extreme as those people, I don't do 9 carts full of anything, that's just crazy.I saw an episode of that and it was really amazing what those people get for nothing. Song is called "Mister" by Kara.
I knew it would be worth asking. >.>I dont have any strange addictions per se; I spend too much time on the computer (common), I am addicted to beer (not necessarily an alcoholic, but I definately consume far more than the average male), I watch a lot of porn (common) and enjoy some very specific and odd genres
I guess the only strange things I like are the smell of my own arm pits if I dont wear deodorant; I am a very clean person, but sometimes I just forget and, being a large hairy sweathog, it smells pretty damn manly if I may say so myself. Not awful, but manly. RAWR! and I take pride in that, in some weird sense.
So, I'm not THAT weird. :P[QUOTE="BreakTheseLinks"][QUOTE="vaultboy_ninja"] This. I thought I was the only one. :o

Most people do. It's because apple hired them to put small amounts of cocaine in the paper, and they have "Buy Apple Products" in tiny print on them, that way you'll buy their products.
