Mine is the Real World. I don't watch tv much at all, but I watch the Real World faithfully every year. It's just something about the show that draws me in. I get excited about it every year. I think I'm brainwashed.

Same here. I think it's because you want to find what's going with so and so's relationship, whether or not the roomates are going to fight, or to see who's the virgin, and who's the biggest jackass of the Real World cast. It comes on tonight @ 10 p.m. I'll be watching.

Yeah, I watch plenty of stuff that I consider trashy TV (like the aforementioned Smallville and, frankly, 24), but I enjoy them and am not particularly ashamed of that fact.

When I watch the Real World even my little sister laughs at me so now I mostly watch it alone or with a girl friend. Its like the time my dad watched me playing Final Fantasy 10. Man, was that uncomfortable.
6teen and Total Drama Island... I am older than the intended target audience for those shows but if I'm flipping the channels and see one of them on, I'll often stop and watch. What can I say, I think they're kinda funny :)
I dont think you should feel bad for watching Top Gear...its a great show in my opinion. Besides the hosts' lame attempts at comedy, I love watching them test cars out, and do crazy things with cars.
Personaly, mine is "2 1/2 Men" or something like that. I usually dont enjoy sitcoms very much, but Charlie Sheen is a funny guy. Hot Shots FTW!!
Watching some of the straight to television bad B movies that Sci Fi channel airs.. Only if I some what like the plot (it usually has to be a survivalist/post apoc plot) and the actor is some one I like.. Such as Bruce Campbel, Christopher Lambert, or this one asian actor I have seen in other movies.. Though the vast majority I just can't watch because they are so awful.
I dunno the baroque music channel...:P I like the news...I really don't watch TV and when I do I don't watch something weird...I like the food netowork though...Does that count?
Reaper is awesome and i hope it comes back for another season but probably old cartoons are my "guilty" pleasures. Stuff like Batman and Superman animated adventures, Batman Beyond, Justice League, Xmen, Spider Man (90's, havent watched much of the new one), DBZ, Gargoyles, Tails Spin, Digimon.
Why would you feel bad about watching Top gear? It kicks any show that's on north america's *** god damn they should totally bring that show to north america and quite frankly I am appalled at the site of this post. (BECAUSE TOP GEAR IS EPIC)

They'd have to find new people, I doubt we'll (USA) will ever let them back in the country on a documentary basis. The show is pretty good though.
I've gotten rid of most of my bad TV watching, though I will still occasionally watch some crappy movie, just cause it's on TV though.
