That's it's what you make of it. You can't control the things that happen around you, but you can control the way you respond to them, and that's more the basis for happiness than I think most people realize, even if they claim to.

Well it's 99% sh*t. There's way way more suffering in the world than pleasure, hell even just indifference. Also because of the size of space and time life isn't really worth anything. It's irrelevant and useless. I guess that's a small comfort that all the sh*t I mentioned previously is so small compared to the universe it's almost non-existent. Unfortunately we are not the universe. We are ourselves and only feel what we feel which makes all the suffering very existent. It's all gonna be over one day though. Hopefully the suffering ends there and all living things finally get their peace.
