What kind of running shoes do you use?

I'm getting interested in running. I'm gonna do trail running. I'll be running on my gravel roads and running out in the woods on some trails. So im buying some New Balance MT20v2 shoes.

What shoes do you wear for running?

I've always used Asics. I forget the name of the shoe I use now, but it's a really nice stability shoe.

Edit: GT-2170 I think it is.

Asics kayano-18, though it's kinda heavy for my weight category. Want to check out those new sauconys as well

I had a pair ofSaucony running shoes that I really really liked, until one of them disappeared. :(

just some insider info, all shoes generally accomplish the same goal...

if you use a CO2 cartridge to inflate your reebok pumps, it doesnt make you jump any higher.

go with shoes that have a rubber sole and some laces. Other than that nothing matters.

last time i ran was in high school. had to run the mile. i ran a 8:47 i believe

I went to 5 stores in the mall and none had what I was looking for. So I had the guy measure my feet then I ordered off Amazon.com
