i used head and shoulders for a long time because they market themselves for getting rid of dandruff but it never worked so I switched to selsun blue and the results are instant, you notice a difference and after a few weeks, NO DANDRUFF. SCREW head and shoulders-theCHUD-

Whatever is in the shower, it's usually Herbal Essence, but my girlfriend is going to school for cosmotology, so sometimes she'll drop by a bottle of Big Sexy Hair or something like that, which works pretty well.

Is it really that simple?

I only use Tresemme shampoo and conditioners. They keep my hair very healthy and soft.

I'm currently using John Freida's anti-frizz shampoo, but...well, it's DECENT, but I guess I can't hope for it to do miracles. Thinking of maybe switching over to Redken, but I'd rather be able to afford Davines, Bumble & Bumble or Phyto.

That, or do that conditioner wash and eliminate shampoo entirely. My friend's had good results with that after a few weeks.
