I prefer Power Treads. It's almost always the first item I try to complete, unless I'm going for Boots of Travel instead (in this case I just do with the basic Boots of Speed and build up the inventory a bit before going for the BoT). Depending on the hero I'm using, I will either go Agility, Strength or Intelligence, but I'm pretty flexible. If I'm going to use a lot of spells, I'll stick with Intelligence. If I'm running away from a pursuing enemy when I'm low on HP, I will switch to Strength for a nice HP bonus. Oh wait you said "Threads", not "treads"... :(
I'm pretty open to all kinds of threads. I usually end up being more active on intellectual/discussion topics and ones on films. Of the latter the horror genre is a particular favorite. On the former if its military and intelligence-related I'll be quite active if just to try and shoot down inaccurate information.
Some of the funniest moments have come from girl threads. A combination of terrible advice and the ineptness of the original poster lends itself to hilarity.
