50" DLP = $800 @ Circuit City on Black Friday. (2) 20" CRT = $100 each. 17" LCD 1280x1024 monitor = $150 23" LCD 1080p monitor = $200 In my room I got the monitors and a 20" :D

32 " LCD. I have it plugged into a Shuttle XPC with Creative 7.1 THX speakers. I only watch movies on it. I'll be damned if I pay the British TV license fee. There is nothing but crap on TV (in any country) anyway. News I get from the interwebz.

40" toshiba LCD 1080p paid 1200 bucks for it like 2 years ago. And a 22" 1680x1050 acer monitor I paid probably 150 bucks for like 4-5 years ago haha. Probably gonna pick up a 1080p monitor for my pc some time in the near future.

Modern gaming/Blu Ray TV: 32 inch Symphonic LCD TV Paid about 550 dollars on a Black Friday special a few years back. Retro gaming/Laserdisc TV: 27 inch KLH CRT TV Paid 100 dollars in 2004 CRT is the only way to go for anything less than 720p.

42'' 1080p Sharp Aquos at $1200. I'm gonna stick with this TV until they come out with OLED TVs of acceptable size.

Why do you want an LCD? I've heard plasmas have just as good of a picture but handle motion and contrast better. I ask because I'm considering the Panasonic plasmas to replace my 27" CRT Tevion that finally gave up the ghost (a family member of mine knocked it off it's perch, unfortunately).
