Italian. It's like Spanish made complicated.
And at the moment, Chinese, cause I have so much catching up to do with my homework >___
Both Italian and Spanish are pleasant languages to hear. I have no idea about how difficult italian is, however tagalog (my second language) was greatly influenced by spanish so it has a somewhat similar structure. I never did like how chinese sounded. It never really had any finesse imo. I don't hate it though, it's just I'm not interested in learning it.Italian. It's like Spanish made complicated.

I don't hate any language but I don't understand what they are saying unless they speak English. If I was visiting another country and no one spoke my language I would fake speaking their language to blend in.
For example if I was in France I would say things like une, deux, trois. Or if I was at a restaraunt I would probably order french toast since it is french and probably the only food I can pronounce in French. So when the french waiter/waitress said whatever I would just nod my head and smile and say french toast. Then if they said anything else I would just nod and say Oui. Or maybe tres bien or something like that so they would think I am a local. Or maybe I would just say oui, oui, oui so they would think I am really hungry and would hurry off to get my french toast.

People are keen to keep the language alive because it's part of Wales' culture and national identity. I think culture and national identity serve no purpose whatsoever, but I don't object to others promoting them. What does annoy me is how some people have gone too far and act as if Welsh is everyone's primary language. Royal Mail (or "Post Brenhinol" as they're called here) recently decided to inconvenience me by putting Welsh before English on all of their "missed delivery" forms. Despite this, all the critical information was written in English only, rendering the bi-lingual form pointless.EJ902
Same with Gaelic, wish they would just let it die instead of wasting time & money trying to incorporate it into modern scotland

I hate that too, ugh. Especially that one user here... nevermind, I won't start trouble. But I don't really like the sound of German, it's a very abrasive sounding language with hard hitting consonants. Hate it though? Of course not. Hating a language is pretty silly.

Spanish.
I'm still seeking retribution for all the years I was forced to learn a language I'll never speak.

Same here, I can't stand the Spanish language.

Hmmm. . . .after two years of taking German and sucking horribly at it I would have to say. . . .
PIG LATIN! Because even god scratches his head saying, "lolwat?"
Probably Japanese...you learn it for a year. Dedicating 5 hours+ everyday outside of class to it.
Then you get to Japan and find that everyone either speaks English or that you can get by simply using English and pointing. Waste of time.
