I can only fluently speak English but know how to converse in very..very broken French. I would however LOVE to learn Russian or German!
What languages do you ladies and gents know how to communicate, and which would you like to learn?

I speaks me some grate English. But seriously, I took two years of spanish and didn't learn anything. Then I took two years of Latin, and.....didn't learn anything. I'm starting to think its me :S So all in all, English is the answer.
Although I probably know swear words in about 15 different languages.
I'm not even going to pretend I'm good at writing/speaking German, which is what I'm taking as a language currently, so I'll just say English. :P I could probably semi-communicate in Spanish, but it would take me a few minutes to remember certain verbs.
Edit: I would like to relearn Spanish, if that counts. I regret only taking it in high school, even though it would have been incredibly difficult at a university level, since I wasn't allowed to take an introductory course.
I natively speak American English. (as in I don't call the car trunk a boot and I don't call soccer football)
I also speak extremely limited amounts of Russian, I can only say the basics, whats you name? my name is... thanks, goodbye etc.
I can read Russian but probably could not tell you what the word means.
I would like to learn Spanish and Arabic.
I'm fluent in American English, can speak everyday Greek (can't hold an advanced conversation in science or politics, for example) but I can't write it very well at all. I hope to advance my Greek speaking and writing ability someday.
i really only know english, but i took 3 years of both french and spanish, don't remember much of either though.
You are the first Cambodian I have come in contact with... unless of course you're just learning Khmer for fun :PSpeak/write in English. I can speak an okay amount of Khmer.

I only speak English fluently. As far as other languages go, I know enough Japanese to get around but it's still at a very basic level. I can also read/write in hiragana/katakana and know about 100 kanji, so technically I can read/write Japanese but only if we're talking about reading materials made for language learners or Japanese children.
I can speak English, Quebec French, some Spanish and I can write in English and French.
I haven't spoken or written in French in a long time, so I wonder the validity of this post. :P
I can speak Finnish, English, Swedish and German.RK-MaraThat's amazing - I could never figure out how to pronounce the words that have 182 letters and 3 vowels :P
My primary language is English, both written and spoken, but I have been educated in French, Japanese and Sanskrit. Not very much in any sense, but I have the skills to learn a new language if the mood strikes me.
