What made you come to gamespot?

Well as you can see there are lot's of people who made an account on gamespot. But that made me wonder, what made you want a gamespot account and why? And Don't forget to vote on the poll. Thanks.

I realized that it would be criminal to deny the benighted, freedom-loving people of Gamespot the opportunity to bask in my snit and snizzdom.xaos

I was forced here by the no so great merger of Gamefaqs/Gamespot and after ignoring the place for a while, I decided I liked some aspects of the place and have been haunting it off and on ever since.

I wanted info about xbox 360 back in 07 because i was getting one for xmas. Now im an xbox guru thanks to this site.

I can't remember, that was nine years ago. Probably game reviews when I bought my GameCube.

There was this eerie aura in the air and just pulled me away from my clear cased tabs at the top and made me go to the "register" thing to sign up for an account

That's as close as I can get to explaining what happened, otherwise there's particularly no other reason except that I love video games and this was the first site that came across my way

Back then before I discovered the forums and became a member, I was watching a ton of videos when they announced the PSP. So naturally, my searches led me to Gamespot, and I remember the On The Spot where Ryan M, Ricardo, and Jeff G went to Japan to check out the PSP. Then I remember the following On The Spot where they were all playing Japanese PSPs and Ridge Racer, made me SUPER jealous.

TV.com went through a major design change a few years ago and hated it. Many people either moved to Gamespot or to the now-defunct Movietome.XiaolinPrincess
