Im not anti-religious or anything but i dont think i should devote my life to a religion that might not even be real.skatatayWell, maybe you should look into my religion and test it's facts, you'd be surprised at how all of our answers hold up. You never know if somethings real or not until you look into right?
[QUOTE="sc-20k"]I am of the Jehovah's Witness' religion born and raised myself. What about you people? skatatay
Isnt Jahova's Wirness a really strict religion though?
Well yes, we're a little strict. But god only does it for your own good. Like not believing in going to war (Because Jehovah will fix everything for us in a matter of time, but in the mean-while we're trying to help people learn about our religion) No sex before marriage (There's nothing like having an unplanned kid out of marriage and then have the parents break up and ruin the kids life) Ect. If you have any questions I'll be willing to answer them! =DI am a Christian, but I respect all other religions, and I hold them all in the same high regard. They all point to the same concept anyway, there is actually very little difference between them.ineedanapYou're right, there isn't TOO much difference but there IS a difference.

No, we don't. The biggest reason is because it's based upon Pagan religion. Which of course isn't good. Most holidays are based upon the Pagans. But who's to say that you can't celebrate your own achievements? I lived without Christmas my whole life, but it doesn't bother me one bit. Ok, so a quick recap... The holiday cheer of Christmas, and all the festivities aren't bad, but inside all the little things about it you find Pagan tradition. If you have any more questions ask away.I am a Christian, but I respect all other religions, and I hold them all in the same high regard. There are actually are huge differences. There have been thousands of religions.

He meant ChristianityYes, and I pretty much intended monotheism with my statement, yet Christianity has many similarities to polytheist religions, in particular Babylonian paganism and Ancient Egyptian beliefs (now extinct). Even the concept of Karma exists in Christianity, but it is known as "The Golden Rule".
