What should I do to make this look better?

Creating my very own fiorentina shirt, because they can't do it themselves. Got most of it done, atleast I think so. My goal is to design it with integrity of the jersey in mind. Keep in mind, I am using "customink.com" and some shirts have a limit of colors on the shirt. This shirt is one of few which have unlimited amounts of colors available.

I'm no expert on sports jerseys, but I think the player's number should be noticeable because it's important. I suggest making the number on the back of the shirt bigger because it's more important than seeing the picture of the player on the back of the shirt.

Remove the random guy on the back as said before I don't really think we can be of much assistance but the guy just looks weird, I don't see any soccer player with random guys on the back, just their numbers, you could have his named written right above the number thoughDarthkaiser
