I usually site cross-legged on the couch, the computer chair, my bed, etc but I cant sit like that because muscles in my right thigh keep on spazzing out and it hurts so goddamn much i have to yelp. I drink a lot of water every day, at least 2 litres but is it still a lack of water? I can enjoy being on the computer, playing video games or watching movies, what should i do?

I don't think it's lack of water. You drink more than me, and I don't have any problem like that.

Why would a lack of water make your leg hurt? :|

Because it makes muscles cramp up.

It'd sooner give you a headache than give you aching leg muscles. If you want to keep sitting like that then don't complain that your legs hurt :|

We're not physicians here ma'am. If I could give you a helpful answer then I would. But you could always try searching thigh cramps or consult a doctor.

Oh wait, then yes, you have contracted the deadly leg disease. It is a resultant factor of sitting cross-legged all of your life and drinking lots of water. Such a shame to see it in one so young.
