Which side to you support Democratic or Republican and who would you like to win from that side in the upcoming 2008 Presidential Election.

Please answer because this is not one of the other random posts this is a political thread!

Thanks!

You ain't voting for who you want in, you're voting for who you want to keep out.

I myself ain't voting in the election, since I ain't American. However, if I were, I would probably vote Republican

I refuse to vote along party lines. I will vote for the candidate that I think will do the best job in office, whether he/she be Democrat, Republican, or Independent.  Right now, that candidate happens to be Ron Paul, a Republican.

Republicans make people die, so I'd choose Democrats even if they're more corrupt (and I don't think they are)

Not to single you out, but I'm curious as to why there is so much hatred towards Hillary Clinton. Have people even looked at her proposals, record, and policies? She is very similar to all of the other Democratic Candidates.

As far as the first question is concerned, I do not support parties - I support the candiate that feel is the best person for the job, whether it be Republican, Democratic, Independentor anything else.

Though, with that being said, if Hillary Clinton is the Democratic nomine, there is very good chance I will vote for Republican.

In regards to who I would prefer to win, Ron Paul, easily, however, that chances of that happening are unlikely at best, simply due to the fact he is not one of the front-runners of the election.

Yeah, he got hardly any air-time during the debate tonight, pissed me off to no end. In the first half hour I believe he spoke maybe twice, and very shortly, while Guiliani, Romney and McCain always had something to say.

Both are corrupt, but the lesser evil goes back and forth. When the Democrats first takje charge things get better, but after a couple of years bad things start to happen. Then the republicans take charge, and everything gets better again, then later gets bad again. There's an extreme right and extreme left. If politcal parties were never made in the first place this country would be much better off.

I'm going with Republican this year.  Obama doesn't have enough experience in my opinion. Hillary I am not quite sure about.  There are some good things and bad things I have heard about her.  If I were forced, Hillary would probably get my vote.

I'd probably vote John McCain because he is more moderate.  Guiliani seems to be too close to New York in my opinion.  I don't know enough about Romney though.

But regardless, the US needs someone who is able to have a strong voice.  Bush's voice doesn't seem to have that bing.  I don't like to make fun of people or discriminate against people for any speech related problems at the same time though.

The side that exhumes the most sanity. Right now im somewhat torn between my political views. I highly respect Ron Paul and Mike Gravel, republican and democrat respectively. Honestly I have no political affiliation. Whichever person or side seems to be more sane gets my support, even if its Green.

Have you people not learned your lesson?  The last thing we need is another power hungry republican who wants to keep us in Iraq.  Do not get me wrong, I am not a Democrat or a Republican, but these "Bushies", are ruining our country.  We need an honest man in Office, someone who will take care of what Bush screwed up, someone who will take care of the country and the enviornment.  I would choose Al Gore.  It's funny that in 2000, we elect a total moron to be in office, and the man that lost to him, ends up winning an Academy Award 7 years later.  Think about it, who do we want in office, some corrupt loser who only cares about lining his own pockets with gold, or someone who actually cares for the country.

Funny that you are touting off about how caring Al Gore is.

On his promotional tour for his film it was said that he used an enormous amount of Greenhouse gas doing that, when the ironic thing is that he made a movie about how detrimental climate change is and why we should cut back on them ourselves.

It was also shown that his cars, and his homes, emit more Greenhouse gases in one month, than what most families' houses emit in one year. So before you go on about Al Gore being a caring gentleman, realise that he is just another man as you put it just right "lining his own pockets with gold".

I'll say no more.
