I think I'd go with telekinesis. Who wouldn't? It's perfect.

I guess you're talking about controlling electricity, and if that's it, then that one.

Why?

Because your brain is composed of electronic signals that make up your mind.

If I can control electricity, I can technically disable or manipulate these electronic impulses and therefore your brain, and make you either mentally incapable of wiping your own butt or make you super intelligent, or take control of your mind or body and make you do things without even knowing you're doing them.
